Without knowing the full context, one might wonder if he was a spy, traitor, patriot, or something even more enigmatic. As his son, I am proud of my father, and our entire family should be as well. Without him, none of his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren would be here to carry on his legacy.

James Dietrich Rottcher was born on January 17, 1952, in York, Pennsylvania, the son of Dietrich Rottcher, and Dietrich’s only known biological son, and has one daughter, Rosemarie. James has a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Rottcher, and two sons, Thomas Frank Rottcher and Eric James Rottcher.
